Fees
Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made with the office staff.
If you should have financial difficulties or extenuating circumstances, please notify our billing staff. We are happy to discuss payment options when possible.
Insurance/Laboratory
We participate in various insurance plans. However, since insurance plans vary so greatly, we ask you to please check with your insurance company to see which services are covered. You are ultimately responsible for payment.
When we take tissue for pathology, the specimen is sent to the laboratory for microscopic preparation and/or examination. You or your insurance company will be billed for that service, either by the laboratory directly or this office.
